EY Law is honored to announce the promotion of Raluca Silaghi to the rank of Partner (non-equity).

Raluca Silaghi is a corporate, M&A and data protection lawyer. She started her career in 2006 as an associate attorney in the corresponding law firm of EY Romania and progressed within the same. In 2018, she joined EY Luxembourg’s corporate department. Since early 2023, she has acted as counsel in EY Law Luxembourg. She holds a LLB and an LLM degree from Babeș-Bolyai University – Law Faculty of Cluj-Napoca in Romania. 

Raluca’s main focus in EY Law will be to enhance legal managed services (LMS) as a response to the increasing market needs to reform the legal function.

Effective in her new role as of 1st July 2023, Raluca declared: “I am thrilled to have been entrusted with the mandate to develop the LMS practice of EY Law Luxembourg as the market is in demand of such services with many groups in need of outstanding day-to-day corporate law assistance. With a presence in over 90 jurisdictions, including delivery centers around the world, EY Law LMS’s services cover the full legal entity lifecycle and address issues such as annual compliance and global entity management, repetitive and time-consuming corporate activities, to name a few.”, she concluded.
